Villa La Mer Deluxe for Rent is a 2-room, 4-person modern duplex house with indoor pool and spa area. La Mer Deluxe Kalkan is located in Kördere, 6 minutes by car from Kalkan center and 15 minutes from Kaputaş Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Turkey. Rental Villa La Mer Deluxe has been carefully decorated and has a view of Kalkan from the terrace area. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room fill the house with light. Apart from families and groups of four, there is a honeymoon room designed with honeymooners in mind, an indoor pool/jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna and sports room. In order to stay comfortably in winter, the house has underfloor heating and the pool is heated.
Note: A cleaning fee of 250 TL is charged for rentals under 7 Nights.

You can see the price on these dates by selecting your home check-in and check-out dates. You can use the calendar button to access the availability of the house. After filling out the booking request form, you can send us a request via the SEND button.

After the availability of the house is checked one last time, the house you like is separated by an option on your 100th of the dates you choose. In order for your option to return to the final reservation, you must deposit 35% of your total payment into our company account or pay by credit card.

After this payment is made, you will receive an accommodation agreement via email. After you fill out this document and deliver it to us, your travel document is sent. This document contains important information such as the address of the villa, directions, number of the person who will meet you. Do not forget to print out this document before you go on holiday.

Your reservation is complete. Now all you have to do is call the contact person on your travel document at the phone number 2 days before you enter the house and inform them of the time you arrive. The remaining payment must be made in return for the receipt you will receive before you enter the house.
