Note: There is a traditional cedar seating on the ground floor which provides bedding for 2 children or 2 adults.

The living roomWhen you enter the house, you are waiting for a warm atmosphere surrounded by high ceilings, wooden and natural stone touches. The Kaputas Valley, which embraces you from the wide glass surfaces, and the Mediterranean are the opposite of the eternal horizon as a part of a bright and spacious space. You can read your favorite book in your traditional cedar living room, watch TV or just enjoy the peaceful nature that surrounds you. There is a salonda tv, a cedar sitting group and a coffee table on the balcony which is located on one level of the terrace.

KitchenThe outdoor kitchen, designed with a simple approach, has every facility you need to make enjoyable meals with fresh and organic products you can find in your garden and in the immediate surroundings. Apart from the table for 4-5 people you can cook in kitchen, the village oven in the wooden patio, You can enjoy the pleasures. Our kitchen has a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a dining table for 5 people,cutlery set, pots and pans, cups.

PoolThe pool terrace is covered with wood. There is an authentic pool with a length of 8.5m, a width of 4.5m and a depth of 1.5m.

The GardenView and the south facing patio are designed for your comfort and delightful moments. The open fireplace inspired by the traditional village furnishings allows you to enjoy the wood fire and cook unforgettable tastes at the same time. The cool, peaceful and comfortable place where you can feel the daily rhythm of the bird and hear the sounds of birds and shepherds' rattles In the private garden there is a sunbathing area, private pool, sun beds, sun umbrellas, garden table and chairs.

Important informationPool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Insurances are not included in the prices. Villa Ambar Badem has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage DepositDamage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. A deposit of 150 GBP is accepted at the entrance. The deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa if there is no problem.

General note:All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and medicated regularly for insects and pests. In our houses which are situated in the country, the possibility of getting insects etc. is higher than the villages in the center. As footnotes on the notice page of all the houses.
