Our rental villa portfolio is our villas located in the Kordere area of our next Villa Baris Kalkan. This villa has a capacity of 7 people and we have 4 suite rooms. All rooms have their own toilet and bathroom. The distance from this village to the center of Kalkan is only 5 minutes by car. The pool and sun terrace are ideal for outdoor invisible, conservative families and honeymooners. In addition, the pool steps in the pool of our villas instead of the pool steps made the pool very useful for our elderly guests. Important informationPool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the rates. There is Wi-Fi wireless internet in Villa Baris. There are hot water, ironing table, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.
