Villa Carmen-1 is a private and luxurious villa within a ten-minute walk from the center of Dalyan. All your needs are considered in the villa, which is furnished in a modern way. Close to the center but in a quiet location. The living area and the terrace are a large space that will make you very comfortable.
General features
The villa is a duplex building with 500 m2 land and 200 m2 usable area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms-wc, 6 people capacity. On the ground floor; On the upper floor there is a terrace, an open kitchen, a living room, a shared bathroom-wc and a bedroom, 2 bedrooms and a balcony. Villa, pool and garden are yours only, internet, electricity, water and natural gas are free of charge. It has a burglar alarm.
Private Pool and Garden
The garden and the pool are yours alone. The pool is 38 m2 and is 1.5m deep. Pool maintenance is done by the gardener every day without disturbing you. There are enough sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool. The garden is covered with grass, fruit trees and ornamental plants. The garden, which is quite large and spacious, has garden furniture, a shower and a barbecue.
Rules and extras
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the villa. Check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. Electricity, water, gas, internet and entrance cleaning are free of charge. Also, if requested; Baby cot and high chair are provided.

Booking Steps

You can see the price on these dates by selecting your home check-in and check-out dates. You can use the calendar button to access the availability of the house. After filling out the booking request form, you can send us a request via the SEND button.

After the availability of the house is checked one last time, the house you like is separated by an option on your 100th of the dates you choose. In order for your option to return to the final reservation, you must deposit 35% of your total payment into our company account or pay by credit card.

After this payment is made, you will receive an accommodation agreement via email. After you fill out this document and deliver it to us, your travel document is sent. This document contains important information such as the address of the villa, directions, number of the person who will meet you. Do not forget to print out this document before you go on holiday.

Your reservation is complete. Now all you have to do is call the contact person on your travel document at the phone number 2 days before you enter the house and inform them of the time you arrive. The remaining payment must be made in return for the receipt you will receive before you enter the house.
