Villa Casa Sole is a modern detached 4 bedroom villa situated in the Kisla area of Kalkan. From its upper floors you can enjoy beautiful views of Kalkan Bay and the sunset behind the mountains – something special to Kisla.

The villa is built to a high standard and its white interior decor creates a wonderful lightness throughout which is further enhanced by its expanse of glass that also fully emphasises the villa’s amazing sea views. One of the Villa’s main features is the large master bedroom that occupies the complete second floor.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Double Bedroom, with en suite shower room. This bedroom has a flat TV with satellite channels, and a balcony with sea view.

2. Bedroom:Twin Bedroom, with en suite shower room and a balcony with sea view.

3.Bedroom:Large master bedroom occupies the whole floor. The bedroom features an en suite bathroom including a Jacuzzi bath to indulge in. The bedroom has a wraparound balcony with seating provided – relax and take in the stunning views.

4.Bedroom:Twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. The bedroom leads out to the roof terrace which includes a dining area – ideal to sit and relax and fully experience the breath taking views Villa Casa Sole has to offer.

The living room Open plan living, dining and kitchen area includes LCD TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioner, coffee table, sink.Sliding doors lead out to the furnished pool terrace.WC located on this floor.

Kitchen The modern American kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dining table, dining utensils,cutlery, pots and pans, cups.

Pool measures 7mx3.5m depth 1.50m.

Garden Inside the garden there is a private swimming pool, sun beds, sun umbrellas, garden dining table, garden seating group, barbecue.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a Casa Sole has Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage Deposit Damage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. A deposit of 150 GBP is accepted at the entrance. The deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa if there is no problem.
