Villa Ceren-Kalkan/Kisla Area

Villa Ceren and Villa Aras are two spacious, semi-detached, 5-bedroom villas, just 200m from the sea, offering fabulous views over Kalkan Bay. 

Being on the western side of the bay in the Kisla area of the resort, you’re guaranteed sunshine until late evening and you can then watch the fabulous sunsets.
The villas have been decorated in a modern and simple style. All bedrooms and lounge areas have air-conditioning. The main part of each villa features 4 bedrooms, a large lounge area at first floor level, with kitchen, three bath/shower rooms and a large terrace-style balcony outside. 

The 5th bedroom in each villa (double bed) is set within a seprately-accessed apartment at pool level. It has en-suite facilities and a second lounge area with kitchen and dining table. Please note that because the 5th bedroom is separately-accessed from the main part of the house, it's not suitable for young children, however, it's ideal for teenagers or a couple who would appreciate having their own private space.

Kalkan harbour and old town are easily accessible via cheap water taxi service to and from the local beach clubs which are within a few minutes walk of the villas. The beach clubs offer sun decks with loungers + parasols as well as excellent restaurant facilities (your water taxi fare can be redeemed against the purchase of drinks / icecreams at the beach club).

Booking both villas together will enable a party of upto 20 people to holiday together.

Secure parking at the villas is also available.  

If you have a big family you can book next door same designed villa Aras. If you book both villas 20 people can stay together.

The air-conditioned bedrooms have clean linen and towel sets.

The living room has air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, modern sitting room, dining table and chairs, iron and ironing board, wireless modem.

Kitchen Modern kitchen with microwave,refrigerator, oven, dishwasher,toaster,kettle,cooker,10-person dining set,cutlery, pots and pans and cups.

Pool The pool measures 5mx10m and depth:1.50m 

Garden there is a sun terrace, private swimming pool,seating group,sun beds,sun umbrellas, garden dining table and BBQ.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. All rooms have air conditioning and a hair dryer. Beach towels are provided according to the number of guests. There is wireless internet and Wi-Fi.

Damage Deposit Damage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. A deposit of 150 GBP is taken at the entrance. When there is no problem, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests. In our houses which have the position in nature, the bugs, It is more likely to leave. This note is written as a footnote on the homepage of all houses for general information, not about this house.
