Villa Ermis-Kalkan/Islamlar

Villa Ermis is located in the village of Islamlar, about 10 km away from Kalkan. A lot of holiday villas are located in the same place where our house is located. You can also take a look at our other villas in the Islamlar village on our page. Our rental secluded villa, which was completed in May 2017, has been furnished with care and quality. We have 2 bedrooms and 4 person capacity duplex villas.The pool area covered with curtain system and pool is not visible from the outside. A very nice option for honeymoon vacation, Villa Ermis is waiting for you for a romantic and special holiday.

P.S: If you require heating for indoor pool it would be extra.Please ask for a price before you book.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: 1st floor, air conditioner, nightstand, double bed, wardrobe,heated closed indoor pool with jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: 1st floor, air conditioner, nightstand, twin beds, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

The air-conditioned bedrooms have clean linen and towel sets.

The living room with sea view,TV,satellite receiver,DVD,seating group,dining table for 4 people,chairs,washbasin and toilet.

Kitchen Modern American kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge,cooker,oven,kettle,pots and pans,dining table for 4,cutlery,cups.

Pool The pool measures 11mx4,5m and the depth is 1.60m.The pool is covered with curtain system and does not appear from the outside.

Garden The private garden has a sun terrace, private swimming pool, sun beds,sun umbrellas,garden dining table for 4 persons and chairs and barbecue.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. Villa Ermis has Wi-Fi internet access. There is also a hot tub and ironing board. A hair dryer is also available.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests.
