Villa Fantastik is one of our holiday villas for rent, located in the Üzümlü area of Kalkan, with a luxuriously designed swimming pool and fully sheltered terrace. This villa has 3 rooms, 1 room with jacuzzi, indoor heated pool, sauna and Turkish bath.
THE POOL IS FULLY GUARDED.
POOL TERRACE: There are sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, garden dining table, garden sitting group.

HALL: There is a seating group, television, satellite receiver, air conditioner, coffee table, dining table. There is an exit to the pool terrace.
KITCHEN: Refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, built-in 4-burner stove, all necessary kitchen tools and utensils are available.
1. BEDROOM: There is 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.
2. BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.
3. BEDROOM: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.
Between October 1st and May 1st, the pool heating system is active. The water temperature is 28 degrees due to hygienic conditions.
Pool heating fee for the Winter Period is 750 TL per day.

Booking Steps

You can see the price on these dates by selecting your home check-in and check-out dates. You can use the calendar button to access the availability of the house. After filling out the booking request form, you can send us a request via the SEND button.

After the availability of the house is checked one last time, the house you like is separated by an option on your 100th of the dates you choose. In order for your option to return to the final reservation, you must deposit 35% of your total payment into our company account or pay by credit card.

After this payment is made, you will receive an accommodation agreement via email. After you fill out this document and deliver it to us, your travel document is sent. This document contains important information such as the address of the villa, directions, number of the person who will meet you. Do not forget to print out this document before you go on holiday.

Your reservation is complete. Now all you have to do is call the contact person on your travel document at the phone number 2 days before you enter the house and inform them of the time you arrive. The remaining payment must be made in return for the receipt you will receive before you enter the house.
