The construction of the Villa Hills Excellence completed in May 2018. Villa Hills Excellence is one of our luxury villas located in Akbel.This villa has 5 bedrooms, offering you the opportunity to have a pleasant holiday. This villa with 10 people capacity has 5 bedrooms. This villa has two swimming pools.One of swimming pool on ground floor other pool is upper floor.

If you have larger family you can book Villa HillsSerce together.If you book both villas there will be 7 bedrooms and 14 people can sleep together.Theese two villas located in same block.

You can have BBQ, swim and watch the sunset while you stay in our villa.

The air-conditioned bedrooms have clean linen and towel sets.

The living room has air conditioning, LED TV, satellite receiver, modern sitting room,dining table and chairs, iron and ironing board, fireplace, wireless modem.The living room open pool terrace.

Kitchen Modern kitchen with microwave,refrigerator, oven, dishwasher,toaster,kettle,cooker,10-person dining set,cutlery, pots and pans and cups.

Pool Ground floor pool measures 6,5mx3,5m depth:1.60m and there is kiddies pool.2nd floor pool measures 6mx4m depth:1.20 m.

Garden there is a sun terrace, private swimming pool,seating group,sun beds,sun umbrellas, garden dining table and stone BBQ.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. All rooms have air conditioning and a hair dryer. Beach towels are provided according to the number of guests. There is wireless internet and Wi-Fi.
