The extra cleaning fee is determined as 50 £ by our host for this villa, and if you request extra cleaning during your stay, the intermediate cleaning fee is set as 30 £.

**The kitchen** of the Villa Hills Istanbul is modern American kitchen. The kitchen has microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle,cooker, cookware for 4 people, spoon and cutlery, pots and pans, cups .

**Pool **The size of the private swimming pool is 8,5m. Width is 4 m. Depth: 1,5 meters. There is a sun terrace. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day morning or evening.

**Garden **Villa Hills Istanbul has a private swimming pool, sun umbrellas, sunbathing area, sun beds,garden dining table and chairs,BBQ.

**Important information** Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is no charge for the rent. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices.
