VILLA HILLS PREMIUM

Villa Hills Premium is one of our ultra-luxury villa options located in Kalkan-Akbel. Our villa has 4 bedrooms and has a capacity of 8 people. There are an American kitchen and a living room on the ground floor of our villa. Villa Hills Premium is a luxury villa that draws attention both with its exterior and interior design. All parts of Villa Hills Premium are carefully decorated for your comfort. It is often preferred because of its special location where blue and green meet, away from the crowds. The pool terrace is invisible from the outside, so it is ideal for conservative families. Also, the pool of our villa is sheltered and it is preferred for the comfort of our guests. There is also a shallow pool in our villa with a sheltered pool.

!! IMPORTANT: It is possible to stay less than 7 nights in this villa.

* During high season dates, the minimum stay is 6 nights without paying extra cleaning fees. 

* In other season dates, the minimum stay is 5 nights without paying extra cleaning fees. 

!!! IMPORTANT: On high season dates, the minimum stay is 4 nights by adding the "cleaning fee"; on other dates, the minimum stay is 3 nights. The extra cleaning fee is determined as 60 £ by our host for this villa, and if you request extra cleaning during your stay, the intermediate cleaning fee is set as 40 £.

2. Bedroom: 2st floor, air-conditioned suite with sea view. Bedroom includes 1 double bed,bedside table,wardrobe,make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet, balcony.

3. Bedroom: 2st floor, air-conditioned suite with sea view. Bedroom includes 1 double bed,bedside table,wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet,balcony.

4. Bedroom: 2st floor, air-conditioned suite wth sea view. Bedroom includes 1 double bed,bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet, balcony

The bedrooms have clean rooms and all are air-conditioned.

The living roomof the Villa Hills Premium is spacious with sea view. There is a seating group in the flat, a satellite receiver, LCD TV, DVD player,  modem for internet. There is an exit on the side of the pool.

The kitchenof the Villa Hills Premium is modern American kitchen. The kitchen has microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle,cooker, cookware for 8 people, spoon and cutlery, pots and pans, cups .

PoolThe size of the private swimming pool is 8m. Width is 4 m. Depth: 1,5 meters. There is a sun terrace. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day morning or evening.

GardenVilla Hills Premium has a private swimming pool, sun umbrellas, sunbathing area, sun beds,garden dining table and chairs,BBQ.

Important informationPool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is no charge for the rent. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices.

General note:All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests. In our houses which have the position in nature, the bugs, It is more likely to leave. This note is written as a footnote on the homepage of all houses for general information, not about this house
