The extra cleaning fee is determined as 60 £ by our host for this villa, and if you request extra cleaning during your stay, the intermediate cleaning fee is set as 40 £.

The pool on the upper floor of our villa is completely covered with glass in the winter months and the pool heating fee is 150 £ per week.

**Pool **The size of the private swimming pool is 16m. Width is 5 m. Depth: 1,5 meters. There is a sun terrace. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day morning or evening.

**Important information** Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is no charge for the rent. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices.

**General note:** All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests.
