**Kitchen** In the modern American kitchen, there is a dining table for 4 people, cooker, oven, toaster,water cooler, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, cups. Sea and nature views.

**Pool** Measures 7mx3,5m depth 1.50m.Villa pool and pool terrace covered with curtain system and doesn't appear from outside.

**Garden** There is a private swimming pool in the garden, a dining table for 4 people, sun beds, sun umbrellas, garden seating group, barbecue.

**Important information **Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Insurance is not included in the price.
