Villa Melisa-1 - A delightful luxury villa, in a select position on a peaceful hillside, with wonderful views over the picturesque, sophisticated resort of Kalkan and the Bay. The villa has been built to an extremely high standard with natural metarials. Melisa-1 is luxuriously appointed throughout with a large, open planned, split level living area and modern, sleek, granite topped kitchen. The contemporary, open plan living area opens out to the beautiful travertine patio with  infinity pool,well designed garden. 

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: French bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: Twin bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

The air-conditioned bedrooms have clean linen and towel sets. Hairdryers are available in each room.

The living room have air conditioning, television, satellite receiver, DVD, sitting room, dining table for 6 persons and chairs. The living room has an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen Modern American kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, washing machine,cooker, oven,kettle, pots and pans, dining set for 6, cutlery, tea, coffee and water cups.

PoolThe pool measures 8mx4m deep and 1.55m deep. There is also a children's pool in the pool. The length of the child pool is 8m wide by 1.20 m and the depth is 34 cm.

GardenGarden with sun terrace, private swimming pool,sun beds, sun umbrellas,garden dining table and chairs for 6 persons,hammock swing and stone BBQ, garden shower.

Important informationPool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Insurances are not included in the rates. Villa Melisa 1 has Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hairdryer, ironing machine, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.
