Important information The pool and garden are maintained regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, rental car, health etc. Fuses are not included in the rates. Damage Deposit A £150 security deposit is required upon arrival, this will be returned within check-out when the villa is left in the same condition as when you arrived.
