**Villa Optimum -Kalkan/Akbel**

Villa Optimum is located in Kiziltas, which has an exquisite view of Kalkan.The villa's interior and exterior design is very simple and tastefully furnished with a 5 bedroom / 10 person capacity villa. All bedrooms are en-suite.

There are magnificent views of the sea and Kalkan from the rooms. The villa is triplex and the first floor has living room kitchen. Rooms are on the floors.All rooms have sea view. The pool is extremely large and has a wonderful view of Kalkan. During the day you can relax and savor your holiday with this exquisite view.

**Bedrooms**

Bedrooms have clean linen and towel sets. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

**The living room** has a air conditioning, seating group, TV, satellite receiver, table and chairs, wifi connection for internet. There is an exit to the side of the pool from the living room.

**Kitchen** Modern kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher,oven, toaster, cutlery, tea maker, kettle, coffee maker, pots and pans, dining table for 10 persons, water and tea cups are in place.

**Pool** The pool measures 9,5mx4,5m and the depth is 1.7m.There is children pool.

**Garden** There is a private swimming pool, sun terrace, sun umbrellas, sun beds, garden dining table and chairs, garden seating group, hammock, shower and BBQ.

**Important information** Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. There is Wi-Fi wireless internet in Villa Ekim. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

**General note:** All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests.
