Villa Pirlanta is an outstanding brand new contemporary 4 bedroom premier villa with spectacular private infinity pool. Located in Kalamar bay, there is easy access to the Kalamar beach club, and local bars, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Kalkan centre, harbour and beach are a 2 minute drive away.

Villa Pirlanta is cool, contemporary, architecturally stunning, in a fabulous location, and with acres of glass to take in the incredible sea views, which are just about everywhere in the property, even the showers.

**Kitchen** Modern kitchen with microwave,refrigerator, oven, dishwasher,toaster,kettle,cooker,8-person dining set,cutlery, pots and pans and cups.

**Pool** Shaped private swimming pool (15m x 5m -1,6 depth.) with long infinity edge,There is shallow end pool and alfresco jacuzzi pool.

**Garden** there is a sun terrace, private swimming pool,seating group,sun beds,sun umbrellas, hammock,garden dining table and BBQ.

**Important information** Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. All rooms have air conditioning and a hair dryer. Beach towels are provided according to the number of guests. There is wireless internet and Wi-Fi.

**Damage Deposit** Damage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. A deposit of **350 GBP** is taken at the entrance. When there is no problem, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

**General note:** All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests.
