Villa Selen is one of these magnificent villas with jacuzzi and fireplace designed in a very luxurious position located in Uzumlu Village. Completely reconstructed in May 2016, our brand new pool of villas is completely covered with curtain system This villa is specially designed especially for honeymooners.

*Villa Selen has heating system at the pool.Pool heating is included the price.

*Villa Selen's pool close every beginning of October.So pool will be cloed and heated pool.This villa is suit for rent during 12 month.

1. Bedroom: French bed, jacuzzi, air conditioner, nightstand, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom, toilet and toilet.

The living roomhas air conditioning, DVD, LCD TV, satellite receiver, seating group,coffee table,vacuum cleaner,iron and ironing table. The living room has sea and nature views.

KitchenModern American kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster,oven,cooker, table for 4, dinnerware, cutlery,pots and pans,cups.The kitchen has sea and nature views.

PoolThe pool measures 8.5mx4m in depth and 1.55m in depth. The pool terrace is covered with curtain system and does not appear from the outside.

Gardenthere are sun terrace, shower, pergole, private swimming pool, sunbeds, sun umbrellas, garden dining table for 4 persons, chairs and stone BBQ.

Important informationPool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the price. Villa Selen has Wi-Fi wireless internet in the room. There is also a hairdryer and iron and ironing board.
