Villa Serenity (sleeps 16) is a contemporary, luxury,private secluded pool,air-conditioned villa with 5 bedrooms each with it's own en-suite and four have their own private balcony with amazing sea view.The villa is situated just a 13 km away from the centre of the enchanting Kalkan town and harbour.

Extremely well equipped, the villa has been designed and furnished to a very high standard and the accommodation offers bright, comfortable and contemporary living.

The lounge has a comfortable sofas, LED TV. There is direct access to the pool and sun terrace.

If guests need there are 2 double,2 single portable beds.So guest can stay at this villa up to 16 people.

Pool Private: Infinity Pool (20mx9m), closed heated indoor jacuzzi pool (3x6m;0,90m depth.).Alfresco pool could be close or open.This jacuzzi pool can be used as children pool.Pool side is unvisible by others.Fully privacy pool.

Garden :There are big pergolas for shade during summer.BBQ,sun beds,sun umbrellas,hammock,outdoor furniture and shower ,table tennis,privacy swimming pool,outdoor dining area

Important information: Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. Villa Serenity has Wi-Fi wireless internet. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner. 

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests.
