Villa Serta is a 3 bedroom detached villa with own pool and great views which can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Villa Serta set over three floors and  the villa is approximately 12 - 15 minutes’ walk from Kalkan town centre.

The Villa Serta has three en-suite bedrooms, sea views and is fully air-conditioned.

Living Room:Living room is situated on ground floor level close to the main entrance to the villa.Open plan living, kitchen + dining area. The living area incorporates a TV and DVD player plus plenty of comfortable seating.Sliding doors open onto the pool terrace and outdoor dining area.WiFi internet access is also provided and there is a WC for shared use.

Kitchen:The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances including cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

Bedrooms:

1.Bedrooms:Double bed,ensuite facilities.Situated on first floor.

2.Bedroom:Twin Beds,en-suite facilities.Situated on first floor.

These rooms have access to a large shared terrace-style balcony with stunning views over Kalkan bay.

3.Bedroom:Situated on second floor.This floor houses a huge master suite with a dressing area and luxurious en-suite Jacuzzibathroom.

This room has its own private terrace with uninterrupted views over Kalkan bay.

Outside the villa:The villa has a south-facing sun terrace and a large freshwater pool for sole use.A shaded dining area and BBQ are also provided, together with ample sunbeds and parasols.

*Cleaning and linen changes carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is included and if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
