Tiger Exclusive is new brand and the latest addition to our luxurious villa collection in Kalkan. This new brand amazing architecturally designed villa is set in an idyllic location overlooking the village of Kalkan. The detailed design provides stunning indoor and outdoor space using the very best natural materials available (travertine & marble&granite). We have two,King size en-suite bedrooms,1st and 2nd bedroom have been designed to offer you luxury and high quality.One of King bedroom has L.E.D TV,two of them have large balconies and fabulous sea views.3rd bedroom has designed twin en suite bedroom and it has designed flexible to make double.When you need you can combine the beds.This is the alternate for couple groups.4th bedroom has king bed too.Twin bedroom situated on 1st floor and It has large balcony .4th bedroom situated ground floor with sliding doors on to pool terrace and stunning sea views.So this villa suit for 4 couples or 8 people.All bedrooms have stunning sea views.All bedrooms have aircon. Living Room&Kitchen offers ultra modern & comfortable space, enhanced by full air conditioning & fast unlimited WIFI.We have satellite TV, CCTV ,alarms for your security.We have parking garage privacy for this villa. We have a massive lounge area with sliding doors to the pool terrace. Along with a huge fully fitted kitchen and dinning area also with sliding doors onto the pool terrace. The outside space is extremely well designed with a privacy swimming pool (15x4),(1,50m deep),alfresco pool jacuzzi with shallow end.Shallow end side of swimming pool has supervised with fences.The around of villa closed with stone walls and fences,so nobody can disturb you . 8 sun-beds and umbrellas. A table to seat 8 with a pergola will provide you with welcome shade during the summer. We have a specially made BBQ which can be used by the pool side or in the garden full of scented flowers & fruit trees creating a fantastic area for dining.

2. Bedroom: 1st floor, air-conditioned bedroom with french bed,wardrobe, bedside table,make-up table, bathroom and toilet. There is a balcony with sea view.
3. Bedroom: 1st floor, air-conditioned bedroom with french bed,bedside table,wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. There is a balcony with sea view.
4. Bedroom: 1st floor, air-conditioned bedroom with twin beds,bedside table,wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. There is a balcony with sea view.

Bedrooms have clean linen and towel sets. All bedrooms have air-conditioned.
 

The living room Villa Tiger Exclusive has a seating area, LED TV, satellite receiver, table and chairs, wifi connection for internet. There is an exit to the side of the pool from the living room. There is a laundry room, toilet and bathroom, terrace.
 

Kitchen The kitchen of Villa Tiger Exclusive is modern American kitchen. There is a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher,cooker,toaster, cutlery,kettle,coffee maker,dinner set for 8 people, water and tea cups.
 

Pool Tiger Exclusive has a private swimming pool. The pool measures 15m in length, 4m in width and 1.5m in depth. There is a shallow pool, jacuzzi, water pitch in the pool. The pool and garden are maintained in the morning or evening once a day.
Garden In the garden of Villa Tiger Exclusive there is a private swimming pool,sun terrace,sun umbrellas,sun beds,deck chairs, garden dining table and chairs, garden seating group, hammock, shower and jacuzzi.
 

Important informations The pool and garden are maintained regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water, gas costs are included in the prices. No fee is charged for the same time. The villas are delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. There is a tennis table in the stadium.
 

Note: Villa Tiger exclusive has a hair dryer in every room. There is also a beach towel according to the number of guests.
 

Suitable for disabled people: We have special portable disabled ramps for the entrance and exit of this villa. They provide these ramps for guests free of charge. Our guests who are smart can easily reach the pool or the garden by staying in the bedrooms on the entrance floor.
