Villa Topcu Duo (sleeps 10) is a contemporary, luxury, air-conditioned villa with 5 bedrooms each with it's own en-suite and four have their own private balcony with amazing sea view. The villa is situated just a 15 minute stroll from the centre of the enchanting Kalkan town and harbour.(3 min. by driving.)

Extremely well equipped, the villa has been designed and furnished to a very high standard and the accommodation offers bright, comfortable and contemporary living.

The lounge has a comfortable L Shape sofa, LED Smart TV. There is direct access to the pool and sun terrace.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. Villa Topcu Duo has Wi-Fi wireless internet. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests.
