Our rental villa located in Kalkan Ulugöl location has 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people. Ideal for honeymooners, our villa has a jacuzzi in the master bedroom and a private toilet-bath in both bedrooms. Many things you may need are thought of in our villa where you will have a pleasant holiday. Serving its guests during the winter months, Villa Yaz has 3 indoor heated pools. It is also very suitable for honeymoon couples. In addition, the pool terrace of our villa with private pool has been made sheltered with curtains and fences for conservative couples and families.
Note 1: Our villa is located on the lower floor of Villa Yaz 2 on our site, and there is no connection between them. Their entrances are separate and both are sheltered.
Note 2: An extra 300 TL cleaning fee is required for stays of less than 7 nights in our villa.
Note 3: The heating system of our villa is included in the price between 1 November - 1 April. If requested on other dates, an extra daily fee of 90 ₺ is requested.

Booking Steps

You can see the price on these dates by selecting your home check-in and check-out dates. You can use the calendar button to access the availability of the house. After filling out the booking request form, you can send us a request via the SEND button.

After the availability of the house is checked one last time, the house you like is separated by an option on your 100th of the dates you choose. In order for your option to return to the final reservation, you must deposit 35% of your total payment into our company account or pay by credit card.

After this payment is made, you will receive an accommodation agreement via email. After you fill out this document and deliver it to us, your travel document is sent. This document contains important information such as the address of the villa, directions, number of the person who will meet you. Do not forget to print out this document before you go on holiday.

Your reservation is complete. Now all you have to do is call the contact person on your travel document at the phone number 2 days before you enter the house and inform them of the time you arrive. The remaining payment must be made in return for the receipt you will receive before you enter the house.
