Villa Bella is one of the villas of Kalkan in the Islamlar region that are built in high quality and modern in the nature, among the green pine smells. Villa Bella has 3 bedrooms. Our private swimming pool is completely sheltered. Our villas can be put in conservative position when requested by the curtain system. Our villas are among our top preferences for conservative families, honeymooners and for those guests who want to have a comfortable holiday away from the outside eyes because the pool of our villa is covered with curtain system. The accommodation capacity of our villas is 6 persons and all rooms are designed as En-suites.

The living roomhave a sitting group, WIFI, satellite receiver, LCD TV, air conditioner, coffee table, iron, ironing board, washbasin and toilets.

KitchenModern American kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, cooker, kettle, dining table for 6, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, cups.

PoolThe pool measures 9.5mx4m depth 1.60m. The pool terrace is covered with curtain system and does not appear from the outside.

GardenGarden with sun beds, sun umbrellas, stone BBQ, private garden, private pool, sunbathing area, chairs and table.

Important informationElectricity, water and gas charges are included in the price of renting a villa. There is no charge for extra cleaning. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. Villa Bella is delivered to guests in a clean manner. The living room and bedroom are air-conditioned. Villa cleaning is done once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day in the morning or evening. In the villa there is wireless internet WI-FI for internet.

Damage depositDamage, loss, broken, broken, etc. A deposit of150 GBPis accepted at the entrance. If there is no problem like broken, damaged or missing, the deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa.

General note:All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests.
