Villa Melisa is a 3 bedroom 6 person halal honeymoon villa in Kalkan-İslamlar area. Our villa is in a quiet location surrounded by pine trees in nature. You will enjoy a barbecue and watch the sunset and enjoy a fun holiday in the warm summer evenings with its unique sea view. Our villas are 10 km from Kalkan city center and 3 km from the village center.

1. Bedroom: Ground floor, french beds, air conditioner, nightstand, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: 1st floor, french bed, air conditioner, nightstand, wardrobe, make up table, bergere, baby crib, balcony, bathroom with jacuzzi and toilet. The room has sea and nature views.

3. Bedroom: 1st floor, french bed, air conditioner, nightstand, wardrobe, make-up table, bergere, balcony, bathroom with Jacuzzi and toilet. The room has sea and nature views.

The living roomhas a seating group, LCD TV, satellite receiver, coffee table, air conditioner, desktop computer. The pool terrace is available for check-out.

KitchenIn modern American kitchen, there are ice fridge, dishwasher, kettle,toaster, oven,cooker, microwave,toaster, dining table for 6, dinner sets, cutlery sets, pots and pans,cups.

PoolThe pool measures 11mx4m and the depth is 1.55m. The pool terrace is covered with curtain system and does not appear from the outside.

Garden has a sun beds,sun umbrellas, garden table and chairs, pergola,BBQ, hammock,swing,shallow pool,puff cushions, private swimming pool.

Important informationPool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices.There is also no charge.The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Insurances are not included in the rates. Villa Melis has Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hot tub, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage DepositDamage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. A deposit of 150 GBP is accepted at the entrance. The deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa if there is no problem.

General note:All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. In our houses which have the position in nature, the bugs, It is more likely to leave. This note is written as a footnote on the homepage of all houses for general information, not about this house.
