Eagles Lodge is one of luxury villa collection.Villa Eagles Lodge built beautiful location on a 1/3 of acre plot, and stands out on the hill side looking down on Kalkan. The size of a small hotel the villa offers indoor and outdoor space of the highest quality and can accommodate 12 people in equal comfort.The villa has an 18m infinity pool that has a heating system and a built in Jacuzzi. The villa also has industrial generator that ensures total electric supply in case of a power cut. 

The villa is designed over two floors and no rooms are attic or compromised. It is surrounded by park land full of olive trees and the elevated position and stunning sea views ensure total tranquillity & privacy. Eagles Lodge includes a 18m heated infinity pool (extra weekly cost) with Jacuzzi, BBQ, large sun terrace with 12 sun beds, shaded eating area, outside shower, and plenty of parking. There are no other villas for at least 150 yards, so you have total privacy .

Inside there are travertine and marble tiles, combining with a luxury Cream kitchen, utility room, large dining (12 seats) & living room with sofas for 12 adults, Large TV with Satellite & WIFI. Bedrooms all have stunning sea views, en-suites and large balconies. There are 6 camera CCTV, 4 safes & a comprehensive and easy to use alarm system. There are 4 hair driers, and full length mirrors in all the bedrooms. Eagles Lodge is the size of a small hotel, but we have limited her to six bedrooms so that no one in the party is disappointed with their room as they are all to a similar luxury standard.

Notes on accommodation:

The views are magical, and the 360 degree privacy is unique. We have been told that Eagles Lodge is one of the biggest if not the biggest private villa in Kalkan, and we have tried to think of all elements to ensure a fabulous holiday. The pool at 18m is heated, making it perfect for April & May / October & November (extra weekly cost).

The views are genuinely exceptional, and the outdoor space is very special. An extended shaded pergola offers even more summer shade. 6 CCTV & four safes make it both private and secure. Top quality sofas mattresses combined with the pool Jacuzzi.

Outside:

The infinity pool is 18m x 5m with the shallow end approximately 1.3 m deep. Specially designed Roman steps allow easy access. The pool has a heating system for colder months. A large patio/sunbathing area with 12 sun loungers, umbrellas, covered outdoor eating area with a large 12 seater table. The villa has a well stocked garden with various pot plants adding welcome colour. There is a large stone BBQ adjacent to the shaded patio and eating area, allowing for great outdoor meals.

At one end of the 18m pool there is a built in Jacuzzi, allowing people to sit and cool down whilst enjoying the amazing view.There is plenty of space for relaxing, with shaded space around the villa with seating areas. The table tennis along with the PS3 will keep the children happy!  There is access to a cloak room from the pool.

Utility Room:

Washing machine, ironing board, laundry basket etc .

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:

Pool cleaned daily, linen and towels changed weekly. A mid week clean can be arranged at an extra cost. Extra charge applicable for pool heating - please enquire. Pool towels are provided.
