Falcon Lodge is a very popular addition to our villa collection in Kalkan.

It is an amazing architecturally-designed villa set in an idyllic location overlooking Kalkan and the bay. The detailed design provides stunning indoor and outdoor space, using the very best natural materials available.

Four ensuite king size bedrooms & three large twin bedrooms all have their own balconies and great sea views. Down stairs offers ultra modern & comfortable space, enhanced by full air conditioning, fast unlimited WIFI & a comprehensive alarm system.

The outside pool area provides exceptional space for 14 people. Plenty of sunbeds, Sun umbrellas & two large pergolas provide welcome shade. The gardens are established and have sweet scented flowers combining with orange, lemon, banana and pepper trees. The pool provides space for fun and exercise, and the out side dining furniture and loungers enable the maximum use of the idyllic location

1st floor: Bedroom 1 & 2 super-king bedroom, ensuite wet rooms; Bedroom 3 twin bedroom

2nd floor: Bedroom 4 Master bedroom with ensuite wet room & Jacuzzi bath. Bedroom 5 super-king with ensuite wet room

3rd floor: Bedrooms 6 & 7: twin bedrooms & shared wet room

Bathrooms:Natural travertine wet rooms to bedrooms 1,2,4 & 5, with stone carved sinks,Bedrooms 3, 6 & 7 share bathroom with wet room

Master bedroom has stand alone Jacuzzi bath overlooking the village & harbour

Kitchen:Beautiful hand made high gloss white kitchen with soft close doors and island breakfast table. Including cooker, hob,microwave, American fridge freezer, toaster, water dispenser, dishwasher, kettle & Ipod dock

Utility Room:There is a large utility room with automatic washing machine, ironing board and iron. There is also a downstairs W/C

Living Rooms:The lounge and dining area offer contemporary coordinated open plan space. two French doors out onto the pool area creates light & space. Large satellite TV, DVD, I pod dock & unlimited wi-fi provide entertainment. There is plenty of seating for 14

Important Information:Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. All rooms have air conditioning and a hair dryer. The adult pool has easy Roman steps for ease of entry, and a built in a Jacuzzi system adds to your relaxation relaxation. Although a children's pool is provided it is essential that children are supervised at all times.There is wireless internet and Wi-Fi.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests.
