Villa Goktepe is located in Kiziltas, which has an exquisite view of Kalkan. The villa was completed in May 2013 and was offered to our customers. The villa's interior and exterior design is very simple and tastefully furnished with a 5 bedroom / 10 person capacity villa. The rooms are all in the bathroom.

There are magnificent views of the sea and Kalkan from the rooms. The villa is triplex and the first floor has living room kitchen. The second floor has three bedrooms and a balcony. On the third floor there are two bedrooms. All rooms have sea view. The pool is extremely large and has a wonderful view of Kalkan. During the day you can relax and savor your holiday with this exquisite view.

1. Bedroom: Air-conditioned bedroom with french bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom, jacuzzi and toilet. There is a balcony with sea view.

4. Bedroom: Air-conditioned bedroom with twin beds, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. There is a balcony overlooking the sea.

5. Bedroom: Air-conditioned bedroom with french bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. There is a balcony overlooking the sea.

Bedrooms have clean linen and towel sets. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The living roomhas a air conditioning, seating group, TV, satellite receiver, table and chairs, wifi connection for internet. There is an exit to the side of the pool from the living room. Also There is a laundry room, toilet and bathroom, terrace.

KitchenModern kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher,oven, toaster, cutlery, tea maker, kettle, coffee maker, pots and pans, dining table for 10 persons, water and tea cups are in place.

PoolThe pool measures 9mx4m and the depth is 1.5m.

GardenThere is a private swimming pool, sun terrace, sun umbrellas, sun beds, garden dining table and chairs, garden seating group, hammock, shower and jacuzzi,BBQ.

Important informationPool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. There is Wi-Fi wireless internet in Villa Göktepe. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

Note:This rental villa has a hair dryer in every room. There is also a beach towel according to the number of guests.
