With 4 bedrooms, a large infinity swimming pool and plenty of space both inside the property and on terraces on 3 levels, the property is a good choice for larger groups. Villa Infinity is exceptionally well equipped with indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna, table tennis, roof top Jacuzzi, large screen tv and mini-bar in all the bedrooms and several lovely outside spaces, some shaded, in which to relax. Central Kalkan and the beach is just 5 minutes away by car.

Living Space:

The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors, and on entering the property at lower ground floor level, the gym area with access to a sauna, relaxation area with sunloungers, and shower room leads via 5 steps to the indoor pool which has a jacuzzi section. This pool can be heated in the winter on request.

The open plan living area has been arranged on the first floor to maximise the views through floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. A very large furnished pool terrace and infinity pool connect beautifully with the living area creating an exciting space to relax.

Sleeping:

From the lower ground floor a staircase rises to the ground floor with master suite and a second double bedroom that shares a balcony running width of the property. Part of the balcony wraps around the villa. Furnished with built in storage both bedrooms feel spacious and comfortable and have excellent sea views.

There are two further en suite bedrooms on the 2nd floor, a double and a twin both with sea view balconies.

On the top floor a very spacious roof terrace affords spectacular views. Equipped with a large Jacuzzi tub, sunbeds and a seating area, it's a great space for a sundowner.

The villa affords an unusual level of privacy for the area. There is parking at the property.
