We are delighted to welcome this new addition to our luxury villas in Kalkan. Ketchy Villa is an imposing 7-bedroom detached villa in the sought-after Kisla area of Kalkan and is in the final stages of completion at the time of writing (20th May 2015). The villa has uninterrupted views of Kalkan harbour to the right and directly out to Mouse and Snake Islands in front. It will be available for rental for the very first time from the second week of June onwards. Built by one of Kalkan's foremost developers, the villa has been constructed using the finest materials, including natural stone and travertine marble.
Ketchy Villa enjoys exquisite views across Kalkan bay and is also located close to several of Kalkan's best beach clubs (the renowned Mahal Beach Club being one of them). The villa promises to be very popular with the most discerning of our guests looking for luxury accommodation for large family groups.

Kitchen The modern American kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dining table, dining utensils,cutlery, pots and pans, cups.

Pool measures 9mx4m depth 1.6m.

Garden Inside the garden there is a private swimming pool, sun beds, sun umbrellas, garden dining table, garden seating group, barbecue.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the price. In Villa Cassa Bodomya there is Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hot tub, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

Damage Deposit Damage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. A deposit of  150 GBP is accepted at the entrance. The deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa if there is no problem.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests. In our houses which have the position in nature, the bugs, It is more likely to leave. This note is written as a footnote on the homepage of all houses for general information, not about this house.
