VILLA POYRAZ

Located in the calamari region, 2 km from Kalkan city center, with an accommodation capacity of 8 people in 4 bedrooms, with a magnificent sea view, suitable for large families and groups of friends, our rental villa has a private heated jacuzzi in one bedroom. Our villa, which has a luxurious and modern structure, also includes a pool table.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, nightstand, TV and access to bathroom-toilet and pool terrace.

2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, nightstand, TV and bathroom-toilet and balcony.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, TV and bathroom-toilet and balcony.

4. Bedroom: 1 double bed, TV, nightstand, air conditioner, wardrobe and bathroom-wc, make-up table and balcony.

Kitchen: In the kitchen, there are microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, dinner set for 8 people, spoon and fork set and glasses. There is access to the pool terrace.

Living Room: In the living room, there is an air conditioner, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group, child bed, child seat, washbasin. The living room is on the pool floor. On the top floor, there is a very large viewing terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. In this area, there is a sitting group, table and chairs.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and it is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff, subject to a fee.

Check-in time for all our villas is at 16.00 on the first day and at 10.00 in the morning on the last day.
