Villa Seascape was brand new for 2015 with fantastic views over the Mediterranean towards Snake and Mouse Islands in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan. It is well-appointed and equipped with 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin), sleeping up to 8 guests. With private infinity pool and outdoor Jacuzzi.

Villa Seascape is air-conditioned throughout and there is WiFi internet access available for guest use. The ground floor hosts one of the double bedrooms with en-suite, a television and full sea and mountain views. The remainder of the floor comprises an open plan living area where the comfortable lounge is equipped with a flat screen television and DVD player. There is an inside dining area and well equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and fridge freezer. Large glass doors open onto the poolside terrace, furnished with cushioned sun loungers, parasols, and a BBQ. Outside is a large infinity pool and outdoor Jacuzzi, as well as a table tennis table.

3. Bedroom:A twin with en-suite shower room and sea view balcony.
4. Bedroom:The ground floor hosts one of the double bedrooms with en-suite, a television and full sea and mountain views. 

Bedrooms have clean linen and towel sets. All bedrooms have air-conditioned.

The living room Open plan lounge area with direct access to the villa's pool terrace via floor to ceiling sliding doors. Plenty of comfortable seating, plus flat-screen TV + DVD player plus sound system.

Kitchen The kitchen area is also open plan and incorporates an island unit together with granite work surfaces and quality integrated appliances, including stainless steel oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer.A dining area is provided to seat 8 guests.

Pool&Pool Terrace :The main feature of the villa is its stunning pool terrace with large infinity pool 11mx4m,1.60 depth (with Jacuzzi section). .There are ample sunloungers and parasols provided with double-lounger, comfortable seating area and an al-fresco dining area. A BBQ and an outside shower are also provided. Fabulous sea views can be enjoyed from all aspects of the terrace. 

Important informations The pool and garden are maintained regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water, gas costs are included in the prices. No fee is charged for the same time. The villas are delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. There is a tennis table in the stadium.
