Villa Botanik is a conomy class,halal,secluded, air-conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms each with it's own en-suite with amazing sea view.The villa is situated just a 10-12 minute away from Kalkan village and harbour by driving.This villa's sleeps capacity up to 6 people.
The villa equipped with atuhentic metarials, the villa has been designed and furnished to a normal standards and the accommodation offers bright, comfortable and contemporary living.
The lounge has a comfortable L Shape sofa, LCD TV. There is direct access to the pool and sun terrace.

Pool measures 8mx4m depth and 1.50m depth. The pool terrace is covered with curtain system and does not appear from the outside.There is alfresco jacuzzi.

Garden There is a private swimming pool in the garden, sun beds, sun umbrellas, table and chairs, garden seating group, pergole,BBQ.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fires are not included in the prices. Villa Botanik Wi-Fi wireless internet in the house.Air, ironing table, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner are available. 

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests.
