Suite Karmen, which is a summer house for rent, is located in the center of Kalkan. It has a capacity of 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Our Apart, which brings the unique beauty of the sea and the city view of Kalkan, has been carefully designed. In addition, our Apart, which is so close to the Kalkan public beach and restaurants, awaits our valued guests.
Bedrooms
1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.
2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table.
3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.
Living Room: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table in the living room. You can exit to the pool terrace.
Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinner sets, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses.
Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and it is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff, subject to a fee.
Deposit: A deposit of 500 Turkish lira is required at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as any damage, broken or lost, the villa/apartment is checked 10 minutes before departure from the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest.
Check-in time for all our villas is 16.00 on the first day, and on the last day, departure time is 10.00 in the morning.- Check-in Time: 16.00Check-out time: 10.00

Booking Steps

You can see the price on these dates by selecting your home check-in and check-out dates. You can use the calendar button to access the availability of the house. After filling out the booking request form, you can send us a request via the SEND button.

After the availability of the house is checked one last time, the house you like is separated by an option on your 100th of the dates you choose. In order for your option to return to the final reservation, you must deposit 35% of your total payment into our company account or pay by credit card.

After this payment is made, you will receive an accommodation agreement via email. After you fill out this document and deliver it to us, your travel document is sent. This document contains important information such as the address of the villa, directions, number of the person who will meet you. Do not forget to print out this document before you go on holiday.

Your reservation is complete. Now all you have to do is call the contact person on your travel document at the phone number 2 days before you enter the house and inform them of the time you arrive. The remaining payment must be made in return for the receipt you will receive before you enter the house.
