Villa Falcon is located in Kızıltaş area, very close to the center of Kalkan. Villa which includes 7 En-suite bedrooms with 14 bed capacity is ideal rental villa for large families and groups. Its enormous garden contains a hot tub and an infinity pool. In addition, you can have BBQ in the garden to enjoy the outsides.

If you are the ones that never get tan, villa's quite large terrace is just for you! You will never get enough of sunbathing and terrace also has a table tennis for you to have a good time.

Our modern and luxuriously furnished villas have security camera system and alarm. You will not have to worry about safety and security violation.

2. Bedroom: 1st floor, air-conditioned room with sea view and young bedroom. Bedroom includes 2 twin beds,bedside table, make-up table,wardrobe, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom: 1st floor, air-conditioned suite with sea view.Bedroom has french bed,bedside table,wardrobe,make-up table and balcony.

4. Bedroom: 2nd floor, family room with air conditioning and sea view suite. The bedroom has a french bed,wardrobe,nightstand, make-up table,balcony, bathroom and toilet.

5. Bedroom: 2nd floor, air-conditioned suite bedroom with sea view. There is a french bed,wardrobe,make-up table, bedside table,balcony, bathroom and toilet.

6. Bedroom: 2nd floor, air-conditioned room with sea view.There is a twin beds,bedside table,wardrobe,balcony, bathroom and toilet in the bed room.

7. Bedroom: 3rd floor, family bedroom suite with air conditioning and sea view. The bedroom has a french bed,wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table,balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Bedrooms have clean linen and towel sets. Bedrooms are all air-conditioned.

The living roomVilla Falcon Exclusive's air-conditioned room is spacious and has sea views. The living room has a comfortable seating group, satellite receiver, LCD TV, DVD player, music system, internet modem.There is an exit from the hall by the pool. There is also a bathroom and laundry room.

The kitchenVilla Falcon has Exclusive modern High Class American kitchen. American kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle,cooker,dining table for 14 people, cutlery, pots and pans, cups.

PoolThe size of the private swimming pool is 20m in width, 5m in depth and 1.5m in depth. There is also a jacuzzi in the pool. There is a sun terrace.Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day morning or evening.

GardenVilla Falcon Exclusive has a private swimming pool, sun umbrellas,sunbathing area,sunbeds, garden dining table and chairs,BBQ.

Important informationPool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Fuses are not included in the prices. Table Tennis, Jacuzzi Wi-Fi wireless internet for internet needs. We also have 24 hour security cameras, closed parking area, alarm system, locked safe in our rented villa. All rooms have air conditioning.

General note:All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests. In our houses, which are located in nature, the possibility of getting insects etc. is higher than villa in the center. This note is not about this house but general information
