Villa Sema Sunset
Located in Kas Kalkan Patara region, the villa for rent has 2 bedrooms and 4 people accommodation capacity. There is a jacuzzi in the double suite bedroom of our carefully designed villa, and the pool terrace is sheltered and preferred by conservative families. Villa Sema Sunset is 2 km from the world famous Patara beach.

NOTE: An extra 250 TL cleaning fee is required for rentals under 7 nights.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: There is a seating group, LCD TV, air conditioner, coffee table in our living room. You can exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, 2-person dining table, dinner sets, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses.

Pool: The pool terrace is sheltered and not visible from the outside. There are sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue and sitting group on the pool terrace of our villa.

Pool Dimensions: Width 2.50 cm - Length 5 m - Depth 1.50 m

Garden: There are 4 sun loungers, parasols, private swimming pool, dining table for 4 people, garden furniture in the garden.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc.
