Our holiday villa with accommodation capacity for 2 people is among the unhesitating options especially for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. Villa Dark House, which has a different concept from other villa options, is ready to show its difference to you, our valued visitors, with its heated indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath, wide usage area and many more extra features.Villa Dark House is a privilege for our guests who are planning a privileged holiday.

Note: Between October 1st and May 1st, the pool heating fee of our Holiday Villa is included in the price. If pool heating is requested in other months, it is activated with an extra fee of 120 TL per day.

Note: Villa Silver House, which has an accommodation capacity of 6 people, is located in the immediate vicinity of our holiday rental villa. There is an opportunity for our guests planning a holiday together.

General Information About the Villa

1. Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, jacuzzi, sitting group on the balcony, bathroom and toilet in the room.

Living Room: There is a sitting group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table and decoration materials on the large and spacious living room floor of our rental villa.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen of our villa includes a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pans and pots.

Garden: In the sheltered garden of our villa, there is a sheltered private swimming pool that cannot be seen from the outside, sun loungers and umbrellas and pergule, dining table and chairs, swing, barbecue, table tennis, children's playground.

Pool dimensions: There is a swimming pool measuring 4 x 10.5 meters and a depth of 1.55 meters.

Inner Pool Dimensions: It is 3 x 6 meters in size and 150 cm deep.

Our neighborhood has become one of the most popular places in villa tourism lately with its cool and clean air in a quiet location.
