Villa Dizayn is our 1+1 villa with a capacity of 2 people, located in the Kalkan Islamlar region. This 1 bedroom villa has a double bedroom with a jacuzzi suitable for a honeymoon holiday. Our Summer Rental Villa has been designed in an ultra luxurious way, and you can also have a pleasant time in its own private swimming pool and on the swing on the pool terrace. Bedroom

1, Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, nightstand, jacuzzi, sink and bathroom.

Kitchen: American kitchen Refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, dining table, water dispenser, kettle, toaster, oven, 4 built-in stove, microwave and kitchen utensils.

Living Room: There is a modern living room, TV, satellite, sitting group, DVD, internet, air conditioning, WC and washbasin.

Pool and Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sun terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, sun umbrella, table and chairs.

Pool Dimensions: 8 m - 3.5 m Depth 1.55 m

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week, If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. done for a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 500 Turkish lira is required at the entrance to the villa. If there is no damage, broken or missing problem, the villa/apartment is checked 10 minutes before departure from the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest.

Check-in time for all our villas is 16.00 on the first day and departure time from the villa on the last day is 11:00 in the morning. We would like to state that we will not be able to assist you if you come to the Villa/Apartment earlier than your check-in time, as cleaning is done in the interval.

***We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools, there is always a 5% avoidance margin in these villas.

***Shield; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is uphill.
