Villa Emox 2 - Kalkan/Uzumlu
Villa Emox 2 is a new luxury villa with sea and nature views in the Uzumlu region of Kalkan. This villa, whose construction was completed in 2020, has a capacity of 4 people and has 2 suite bedrooms. There is a double bed in 1 bedroom and 2 single beds in the other bedroom. The beds in our room with 2 single beds can be combined if desired.
All beds can be changed as double-sided (soft and hard) according to the wishes of our guests. There is also a heated indoor pool with jacuzzi in the master bedroom. With this feature, it provides rental opportunity in winter months.
There is a jacuzzi section and a shallow pool in the outdoor pool of our villa. The section used as a sun lounger area (shallow pool) is suitable for our guests who want a children's pool.
Note: If you wish, you can reach a total accommodation capacity of 8 people by renting Villa Emox.
NOTE: Between October 1st and May 1st in our villa, the indoor pool heating fee is included in the price.
NOTE: The pool of our villa is 70% protected and we do not guarantee full conservatism.

Booking Steps

You can see the price on these dates by selecting your home check-in and check-out dates. You can use the calendar button to access the availability of the house. After filling out the booking request form, you can send us a request via the SEND button.

After the availability of the house is checked one last time, the house you like is separated by an option on your 100th of the dates you choose. In order for your option to return to the final reservation, you must deposit 35% of your total payment into our company account or pay by credit card.

After this payment is made, you will receive an accommodation agreement via email. After you fill out this document and deliver it to us, your travel document is sent. This document contains important information such as the address of the villa, directions, number of the person who will meet you. Do not forget to print out this document before you go on holiday.

Your reservation is complete. Now all you have to do is call the contact person on your travel document at the phone number 2 days before you enter the house and inform them of the time you arrive. The remaining payment must be made in return for the receipt you will receive before you enter the house.
