VILLA FATMA

It is our 3 bedroom, 6-person private swimming pool rental summer holiday villa located in Kalkan Kördere region. It has sea and nature views and is located very close to the sea and the center of Kalkan. Our villa is a very luxurious and comfortable villa. All bedrooms in our villa have a private heated jacuzzi, TV, bathroom and sink. Our villa has a large pool terrace, table tennis and table football to spend time during the holiday.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Suite has a double family bedroom, Nightstand, Air Conditioning, Make-up table, Wardrobe, Jacuzzi, TV, Bathroom and Washbasin.

2nd Bedroom: Teen bedroom There are two single beds, Air Conditioning, Nightstand, Jacuzzi, TV, Bathroom and Washbasin.

3. Bedroom: The suite has a double family bedroom, nightstand, air conditioner, make-up table, jacuzzi, tv, bathroom and sink.

Kitchen: American Kitchen (Ground Floor), Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Built-in Cooker and Oven, Dinnerware for 8 people and various kitchen utensils.

Living Room: Sea View, Living Room, LCD TV, Dining Table for 8 People, Poolside Exit. .There is a water dispenser.

Pool and Garden: Sea View, Sunbathing, Private Pool, 8-person table chairs, 8 sun loungers, Sun umbrellas

Pool dimensions: Width 13 m - Depth 1.60 m

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and it is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff who take care of our villa, subject to a fee.

Check-in time for all our villas is at 16.00 on the first day and at 10.00 in the morning on the last day.

All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found.
