Villa Kivi-Kalkan/Kördere
Villa Kivi is built in a quiet location intertwined with nature in the Kördere region of Kalkan. The pool terrace of our villa, which has an uninterrupted view of the Kalkan sea and the islands, is designed as sheltered and is ideal for conservative families. Consisting of 2 floors, the conservative villa has a living area and a kitchen on the lower floor, and an indoor pool and 2 bedrooms designed as a suite on the upper floor. The pool terrace of the holiday home, where you will enjoy both nature and sea views from the infinity pool, is quite large. Our villa, which is open to use both as a summer villa and a winter villa thanks to the indoor heated pool, is also ideal for honeymooners. Rental villa with a capacity of 4 people is 7 km from the center of Kalkan.
Note: An extra 300 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 5 and 5 nights in our villa.
Note: There is an indoor heated indoor pool in our villa. Indoor pool heating is included in the prices between October 31st and May 1st. For other months, pool heating is available for an extra fee of 90 TL per day.
Note: The dimensions of the indoor heated pool are Width: 3 m Length: 5 m Depth: 120 cm.

Booking Steps

You can see the price on these dates by selecting your home check-in and check-out dates. You can use the calendar button to access the availability of the house. After filling out the booking request form, you can send us a request via the SEND button.

After the availability of the house is checked one last time, the house you like is separated by an option on your 100th of the dates you choose. In order for your option to return to the final reservation, you must deposit 35% of your total payment into our company account or pay by credit card.

After this payment is made, you will receive an accommodation agreement via email. After you fill out this document and deliver it to us, your travel document is sent. This document contains important information such as the address of the villa, directions, number of the person who will meet you. Do not forget to print out this document before you go on holiday.

Your reservation is complete. Now all you have to do is call the contact person on your travel document at the phone number 2 days before you enter the house and inform them of the time you arrive. The remaining payment must be made in return for the receipt you will receive before you enter the house.
