The villa has been built to an good standard with natural metarials.Villa Mavira is luxuriously appointed throughout with a large, open planned, split level living area and modern, sleek, granite topped kitchen. The contemporary, open plan living area opens out to the beautiful travertine patio with private pool,well designed garden.

The living room have air conditioning,TV,satellite receiver,sitting room, dining table for 6 persons and chairs. The living room has an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen Modern American kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, washing machine,cooker, oven,kettle, pots and pans, dining set for 6, cutlery, tea, coffee and water cups.

Pool The pool measures 8mx3,5m deep and 1.55m deep.

Garden Garden with sun terrace, private swimming pool,sun beds, sun umbrellas,garden dining table and chairs for 6 persons,BBQ, garden shower.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. Insurances are not included in the rates. Villa Mavira has Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hairdryer, ironing machine, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.
