Villa Neo has 3 bedrooms, all ensuite with stunning sea views over Kalamar Bay. This new villa was completed in May 2015.

Villa Neo is a beautifully furnished and well equipped villa with everything provided for all your holiday needs including a modern, well equipped kitchen, ice making machine, dishwasher, washing machine, beach towels, spacious lounge area with flat screen TV, DVD's, idock, book library and wifi connection throughout the villa and outside area. The spacious private pool terrace has 6 sun loungers, sun umbrellas, barbecue, lounging area and a dining area for the all important al fresco dining. The Kalamar and Kulube Beach clubs are less than a 3 minute walk away and offer restaurant facilities, watersports and scuba diving. The old village of Kalkan is a 15 minute walk away and there is a frequent local bus service from Kalamar Bay to Kalkan. 

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: King Size Bed, with en suite shower room and a balcony with sea view.

2. Bedroom:There are two twin beds which can be connected to make a full king size bed. 

3.Bedroom:King size bed and large terrace with sun loungers.

All bedrooms En-suite,All bedrooms have bathroom.

The living room Open plan living, dining and kitchen area includes LCD TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioner, coffee table, sink.Sliding doors lead out to the furnished pool terrace.WC located on this floor.

Kitchen The modern American kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dining table, dining utensils,cutlery, pots and pans, cups.

Pool measures 7mx3.5m depth 1.50m.

Garden Inside the garden there is a private swimming pool, sun beds, sun umbrellas, garden dining table, garden seating group, barbecue.

Important information Pool and garden maintenance is regularly performed by the staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a Villa Neo has Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests.
