The villa is 100 meters from the nearest restaurant, 250 meters from the nearest market, and 600 meters from the nearest beach.

Next to Villa Phoebe, there are Villa Athena, Villa Afrodite and Villa Poseidon with the same standards.

Living Room: It has a large living room with sea view, plasma TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, dining table for 6 people, toilet and sink, and an exit to the pool.

Kitchen:Fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, dinnerware, kitchen utensils and also an exit to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): En-suite room with 2 single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, vanity table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): The en-suite room with sea view has a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. There is a communal large terrace.

Bedroom 3 (1st Floor): The en-suite bathroom with sea view includes a nightstand, air conditioning, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. There is a communal large terrace.

Pool and Garden: It has a 3 x 6 meter wide sea view pool. There are sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecues, tables and chairs in the beheçe.

Location: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of residential units located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilized (earth) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located in the village, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (fly, insect, bee, etc.).
