The living room of the Villa Sade is spacious with sea view. There is a seating group in the flat, a satellite receiver, LCD TV, modem for internet. There is an exit on the side of the pool.
The kitchen of the Villa Sade is modern American kitchen. The kitchen has microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle,cooker, cookware for 8 people, spoon and cutlery, pots and pans, cups .
Pool The size of the private swimming pool is 8 m. Width is 4 m. Depth: 1,6 meters. There is a sun terrace. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day morning or evening.
Garden Villa Sade has a private swimming pool, sun umbrellas, sunbathing area, sun beds,garden dining table and chairs,BBQ.
General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are cleaned and sprayed regularly for insects and pests. In our houses which have the position in nature, the bugs, It is more likely to leave. This note is written as a footnote on the homepage of all houses for general information, not about this house.

Booking Steps

You can see the price on these dates by selecting your home check-in and check-out dates. You can use the calendar button to access the availability of the house. After filling out the booking request form, you can send us a request via the SEND button.

After the availability of the house is checked one last time, the house you like is separated by an option on your 100th of the dates you choose. In order for your option to return to the final reservation, you must deposit 35% of your total payment into our company account or pay by credit card.

After this payment is made, you will receive an accommodation agreement via email. After you fill out this document and deliver it to us, your travel document is sent. This document contains important information such as the address of the villa, directions, number of the person who will meet you. Do not forget to print out this document before you go on holiday.

Your reservation is complete. Now all you have to do is call the contact person on your travel document at the phone number 2 days before you enter the house and inform them of the time you arrive. The remaining payment must be made in return for the receipt you will receive before you enter the house.
