Villa Sandie is newly refurbished and renovated to a very high standard in 2021.Villa Sandie provides a luxurious yet homely space for up to 8 guests in Central Kalkan. The property benefits from an expansive outdoor area with double infinity pool, a barbeque and al-fresco dining set, a lounge set and an outbuilding containing a gym, sauna and Turkish hammam. There is a further infinity pool on the top floor terrace of the master bedroom. Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 - This large bedroom, decorated in natural wood and soft grey tones, is located on the first floor and has a unique curved design that creates optimum views across the bay. The room is furnished with a king size divan, bedside tables, a vanity station, built-in glass wardrobe with internal lighting, a plush sofa, flat screen TV, potted plants, and contemporary light fittings including those on the unique coiled pillars. The en suite features twin marble sinks and a large walk-in shower with a tropical design. The large glass doors open out to a wide curved balcony with a cushioned lounge set and portable parasol, perfect for unwinding an enjoying the tremendous views.On the first floor. 

Bedroom 2 - This double room features décor in dark grey, natural tones and warm textiles with arabesque style flooring. There is a large double bed with a feature wooden backboard and a shelf housing stylish piece of curios. The room is furnished with bedside tables, large lamps, built in wardrobes with internal lighting, vanity station with large mirror, potted plants and contemporary lighting. There is also a beautifully designed en suite with walk-in shower. Large sliding glass doors lead out on to a shared balcony where you will find a pair of easy chairs and a table; great for enjoying a morning coffee.On the first floor. 

Bedroom 3 - The twin room is furnished with two single beds, bedside table and lamp, vanity station and large mirror, contemporary light fittings, and has an en suite with walk-in shower. The room benefits from décor in natural tones and dark grey with complimenting warm textiles and arabesque style flooring. Large sliding glass doors lead out to a shared balcony.On the first floor. 

Bedroom 4 - The top floor of Villa Sandie is dedicated to the luxurious master bedroom. The sumptuous furnishings include a king size divan with distinctive headboard in a modern take on Art Deco design, bedside tables and lamps, built in glass wardrobe with inside lighting, footstall, flat screen TV, abstract art work, vanity station, plush easy chair, sink, toilet, and large jacuzzi. Sliding doors lead out to the vast roof terrace with easy chairs, sun loungers, wooden planters, a pagoda shading two cosy rocking chairs, a wooden bar, and an infinity pool looking out across Kalkan.On the Second Floor (Roof).

Living Room:Living Room is on the ground floor and it provides a generous and luxurious space for guests to relax in. The lounge area decorated in soft greys and neutral tones occupies the large curved space at the front of the villa and features two grand pillars and a purpose-built plush curved sofa with a modern art deco style coffee table and lighting. The room is also furnished with two Chesterfield sofas in front of a feature fireplace and plasma flat screen TV. There are two curved side tables and a large coffee table for drinks and snacks and potted plants, abstract art and a soft rug of contemporary design on the laminate wood floor completes the stylish look. Glass doors open out on to the pool terrace.There is also a guest WC on this level.

Kitchen:Two steps from the lounge lead up to a vast open space that houses a dining area big enough for 8 guests with solid wood table and plush blue chairs, and a well-equipped modern kitchen. The kitchen area features white units with a black marble surround and built-in appliances, and a patchwork Mediterranean style tiled floor compliments the design. The space features abstract art, contemporary light fittings, and a small rockery style planted area by the glass block window beneath the staircase.

Outdoor&Pool Terrace:Villa Sandie benefits from a large outdoor space with multiple areas for relaxing and entertaining. The area is an aesthetically pleasing mixture of paving, decking and lawn with landscaped patches of garden and rockery; a rarity in Kalkan. On one end there is a paved area that includes the barbeque, comfortable dining set, portable sunshade and a bar-style seating area looking out to sea. Here you will find access to the smaller section of the infinity pool - ideal for children.

Decking wraps around the front curve of the building and a shaded area is home to a cushioned lounge set and swing chair. Out in the sun there are some cosy woven loungers with portable parasols and access to the main section of the infinity pool. The decking leads you to the outbuilding containing a gym, sauna, and a beautifully tiled Turkish Hamman. There is also a WC and shower. Outside there is a pair of Acapulco style rattan easy chairs for relaxing after a good workout.

Steps on the decking lead down onto the lawn which features olive trees and small palms. There are landscaped areas around the garden with rockeries and potted plants giving a fresh feel to the space.
