Villa Sislam is located in Kas Sisla. Completed in August 2022, our villa will be an ideal choice for our valued guests who want to spend a quiet and peaceful holiday in nature. It is only a fifteen-minute drive from the center of Kas. It welcomes our guests with its magnificent sea view away from the crowd. Thanks to its indoor heated pool, Villa Sislam offers our guests a twelve-month stay. An ideal option for honeymooners and nuclear families, our villa has two bedrooms and its capacity is limited to four people.
Note: The heated pool fee in the building is 400 TL per day. (It will be activated as of November 1)

Booking Steps

You can see the price on these dates by selecting your home check-in and check-out dates. You can use the calendar button to access the availability of the house. After filling out the booking request form, you can send us a request via the SEND button.

After the availability of the house is checked one last time, the house you like is separated by an option on your 100th of the dates you choose. In order for your option to return to the final reservation, you must deposit 35% of your total payment into our company account or pay by credit card.

After this payment is made, you will receive an accommodation agreement via email. After you fill out this document and deliver it to us, your travel document is sent. This document contains important information such as the address of the villa, directions, number of the person who will meet you. Do not forget to print out this document before you go on holiday.

Your reservation is complete. Now all you have to do is call the contact person on your travel document at the phone number 2 days before you enter the house and inform them of the time you arrive. The remaining payment must be made in return for the receipt you will receive before you enter the house.
