VILLA YAGMUR QUEEN

Located in Kördere, Kalkan, 5 km from the city center, our villa for rent, located in nature and greenery, has a 1-bedroom accommodation capacity for 2 people. It is suitable for our honeymoon couples who have a large and sheltered pool terrace.

BEDROOM: 1 double bed, nightstand. It has air conditioning, a private heated jacuzzi and a bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in 4-burner stove, kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, glasses.

Living Room: There is a seating group, satellite receiver, TV, air conditioner, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, exit to the pool terrace

Pool Dimensions: Width - 3 m | Length - 9 m | Depth - 1.50 cm

Pool and Garden: The private swimming pool is sheltered and not visible from the outside. There are sun loungers, parasols, tables and chairs, and a barbecue in the garden.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and it is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff who take care of our villa, subject to a fee.

Check-in time for all our villas is at 16.00 on the first day and at 10.00 in the morning on the last day.

In all our villas, which have a location in nature, spraying is done regularly. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found.

We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools, there is always a 5% margin of avoidance in these villas.

Note: A minimum of 5 nights can be rented, an extra 250 TL cleaning fee will be charged for 5 nights or less.
