General features
The villa is a triplex building on a land of six hundred square meters and has a usage area of two hundred and ten square meters. On the ground floor; There is a terrace, an open-plan kitchen, a living area and an en-suite bedroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and another bedroom. There is a shared bathroom-wc on this floor. There is also an attic bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The house, private pool and garden are yours. The villa can accommodate ten people. Internet, electricity, water and gas are free.
Private Pool and Garden
The garden and the pool are yours only and the garden is covered with grass, fruit trees and ornamental plants. There is also a shower and a barbecue. The pool is 5x9 meters and its depth is 1.50 meters. Pool maintenance is done by the gardener every day without disturbing you.
Location of the Villa
Ideally located in the trendiest area of Dalyan, the villa is just a 5-minute walk from the center of Dalyan and within easy reach of all shops, restaurants, bars and riverside walking paths. "Istanbul Bistro", "Sinan's Place Last Drop", "Hotel Dalyance Bistro" are right next to you.

Booking Steps

You can see the price on these dates by selecting your home check-in and check-out dates. You can use the calendar button to access the availability of the house. After filling out the booking request form, you can send us a request via the SEND button.

After the availability of the house is checked one last time, the house you like is separated by an option on your 100th of the dates you choose. In order for your option to return to the final reservation, you must deposit 35% of your total payment into our company account or pay by credit card.

After this payment is made, you will receive an accommodation agreement via email. After you fill out this document and deliver it to us, your travel document is sent. This document contains important information such as the address of the villa, directions, number of the person who will meet you. Do not forget to print out this document before you go on holiday.

Your reservation is complete. Now all you have to do is call the contact person on your travel document at the phone number 2 days before you enter the house and inform them of the time you arrive. The remaining payment must be made in return for the receipt you will receive before you enter the house.
