Villa Badem is in an excellent, central location in Kalkan, which commands one of the most spectacular views of Kalkan bay and harbour. The outside space is surrounded by mature plants with a fully furnished dining terrace and plenty of space to relax around the private freshwater pool. Ideal for long sunny days or for evenings spent at the villa enjoying alfresco dining or simply a bottle of local wine and maybe the company of new found friends.

The living room has a seating group, LCD TV, air conditioner, coffee table, fireplace.

Kitchen Modern American kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave,dining table, dining sets,cutlery, pots and pans, cups.

Pool measures 7mx3,4m and 1.50m deep.

Garden there is a private swimming pool,sun beds, sun umbrellas, garden dining table, barbecue.

Important information The pool and garden are maintained regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the prices. There is also no charge. The villa is delivered to you cleanly and cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, rental car, health etc. Fuses are not included in the rates. Villa Badem has Wi-Fi wireless internet. There is a hairdryer, ironing machine, hair dryer, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner.Villa Badem is accessed from a new brick road to a private locked garage. The harbour, local beach, restaurants and shops are just 3 minutes walk away. There is car parking outside the villa.
